Part- Time Office Assistant

We are looking for a person with great attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to help with the day-to-day activities of a busy sales & service office.  We need a self-starter who can identify what needs to be done and see it through to completion.

• $20-$22/hour depending on level of experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer & direct calls. Greet and assist visitors
• Retrieve, open & distribute daily mail and sign for deliveries.
• Order, stock, and/or deliver office, facility & safety supplies.
• Maintain building inspections schedule.  Report computer/phone issues to IT
• Create and update sales quotes as requested
• Order sales literature & maintain literature files.  File and maintain literature cabinets and racks
• Enter parts orders as requested by customers and the Service department
• Collect and organize company credit card receipts & scan receipts for expense reports
• Assist with internal & external events and shows
• Make travel arrangements as requested
• Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position

Requirements

• 2-3 years administrative – office experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills
• Friendly and helpful with the ability to work well in a small team environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently; a self-starter with the ability to take initiative when required
• Excellent phone and customer service skills
• Good sense of humor
• Collaborate with sales and service team to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Update database and customer information as needed
• Process complex orders and maintain accurate records
• Misc. administrative duties such as copying, filing, data entry, etc.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Will work with QuickBooks software. Prior knowledge useful.

CNC Field Service Technician

Mooresville, NC (travel to SC, NC, VA)

CNC Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician contributes to the success of customers by keeping their CNC machine tools running at peak operating levels.

You will travel to customer sites in NC, SC & VA to install, troubleshoot and repair CNC metalworking equipment.

If you have industrial maintenance training or experience, this would be a great fit.

• $25 – $35/hour
• Full-time – 40 hours/week – Monday – Friday – 7 AM – 4 PM
• Hourly position with frequent travel
• Travel expenses fully reimbursed

Field Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Install new CNC metalworking equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment – electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software
• Identify & replace parts as necessary. Test & make adjustments
• Read and review mechanical and electrical print diagrams and technical repair manuals

Field Maintenance Technician Requirements

• Previous industrial maintenance experience – 3+ years; troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Technical training or certificate in a related field, i.e., mechatronics, electro-mechanical, automation, robotics, industrial maintenance
• Comfortable working alone and with peers
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Monday – Friday – Occasional overtime – overnight travel (10+/-  nights/month on average)
